Rade Milošević was born in 1987 in Nikšić, where he completed his elementary and high school education.

 

Education

 

He graduated from the Faculty of State and European Studies in Podgorica in 2006, majoring in State and European Studies, and holds the title of Bachelor of Law in Public Administration and European Affairs.

 

At the Faculty of Political Science in Podgorica, he specialized in European Studies, earning the title of Political Scientist in European Studies in 2010.

 

Career

 

He began his professional career at FORS Montenegro – the Foundation for the Development of Northern Montenegro, as a program officer responsible for project design and implementation. He worked as a lecturer at 12 regional seminars and conducted training for employees in 13 northern municipalities of Montenegro. During the project, he authored two manuals: Project Design Funded by the EU and Project Implementation Funded by the EU.

 

In 2013, he worked as the head of sales at Đurković Company.

 

In 2016, he served as the director of the Employment Agency of Montenegro.

 

From 2017 to 2021, he was the director of AD MIND d.o.o.

 

In December 2020, the Government of Montenegro appointed him as the State Secretary for Police Oversight in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Coordinator for Countering Violent Extremism.

 

In May 2022, he was appointed Director of the Revenue and Customs Administration of Montenegro, where he was responsible for enhancing the country’s tax and customs systems.

 

At the beginning of 2023, he returned to AD MIND d.o.o. as the Executive Director, where he continues to contribute to the company’s development and the implementation of strategic projects.
